Sauce Pique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    3 chicken breasts
    1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fry sausage after cutting into thin slices.
    Drain, saving grease.
    Boil chicken breasts until done. Bone and cut into bite size pieces. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Fry in sausage grease over low heat for 3 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
