Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. sherry extract
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. pecans
1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate kisses
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and sherry.
Fold in flour and nuts. Refrigerate.
Roll into 1-inch balls with kiss inside.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
