Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except butter.
    Knead on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake in oven preheated to 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Delicious!
