Hershey'S Cocoa Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    3 2/3 c. (1 lb. box) confectioners sugar
    7 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter (margarine) in saucepan.
    Add cocoa; heat 1 minute or until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Pour into small mixer bowl. Alternately add confectioners sugar and milk; beat to spreading consistency.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Add 1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy if desired.
    Fills and frosts 2 (8 or 9-inch) layers.
