Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab or about 8 oz. imitation crab
1 c. Swiss cheese
5 large eggs
1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mushrooms
Preparation

In a prepared pie shell, sprinkle the grated cheese.
Beat eggs; mix with milk and seasonings.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle crabmeat over pie.
Bake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 375\u00b0.
