Microwave Sliced Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Idaho potatoes
    melted butter or margarine
    parsley, chives or sage
    grated Cheddar
Preparation
    If skin of potatoes is rough, peel.
    If not, wash and scrub well. Cut potatoes in thin slices but not all the way through. Place potatoes in a microwave dish, sprinkle with melted butter or margarine, parsley, chives or sage.
    Microwave for 10 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar liberally. Microwave on High until potatoes are soft and cheese is bubbly, about 6 minutes.
