Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla and add sifted dry ingredients a little at a time.
    The mixture will be thick.
    Add zucchini; the mixture will be gummy.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check at 50 minutes; if toothpick comes out clean, bread is done.
    Great hot or cold, stays moist.
    May be frozen.
    Makes 2 loaves.
