Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium diced onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms
6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
green pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook meat and onion.
Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and garlic salt to taste.
Pour meat sauce into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of meat sauce.
Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt.
Stir until smooth.
Pour mixture over meat sauce mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of crust mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
