Spanish Rice And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. recieto
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Adobo
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 pkg. sazon
1 can goya kidney beans
3 c. rice (white)
2 c. water
1 can chicken broth (2 c.)
Preparation

In a large pot heat oil, recieto, sauce, spices and rice until hot.
In a separate pot mix 1 can chicken broth and water with washed kidney beans.
Heat until warm.
Mix two together and heat on high until all water evaporates (5 minutes).
Lower heat to low heat and cover pot.
Cook until rice is tender (about 20 minutes).
