Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg.(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together well the cream cheese and beaten eggs.
Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Spread mixture into pie crusts and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Meanwhile, mix instant pudding with milk, fold in sweet potatoes, cinnamon and Cool Whip.
Blend well. Turn potato mixture into cool pie shells.
Add Cool Whip to top and refrigerate.
