Judith'S Italian Ground Beef For Meatballs Or Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    sprig fresh parsley, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    plain bread crumbs
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix well with ground beef the egg, parsley, garlic and dash of salt and pepper.
    Add bread crumbs to the mixture until the beef is no longer sticking to hands.
