Healthy Snack Apple Oat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 medium apples, cored, peeled and diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and add to flour mixture until dry ingredients are just moistened.
(Batter will be lumpy.)
Spoon batter into 12 muffin pan cups almost to the top of each.
Bake 25 minutes or until firm.
