Creole Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillet
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 can tomato bisque soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute celery, onions and peppers.
    Mix soup with water.
    Add to vegetables.
    Stir and heat.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased baking pan.
    Arrange fillets in sauce.
    Sprinkle combined crumbs and cheese over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
