Italian Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken parts, skinned
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Arrange chicken in 12 x 8-inch microwave baking dish.
Top with mushrooms and onions.
Pour sauce over.
Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 22 minutes or until chicken is nearly done.
(Rotate chicken 1/2 way through.) Let stand 5 minutes (covered).
Check for doneness, if not done, microwave an additional 5 minutes.
