Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. grapes
Preparation
    Squeeze grape pulp out of skins.
    Keep skins separate.
    Cook pulp until seeds start to come to top (about 10 minutes).
    Strain in colander.
    Discard seeds.
    Cook pulp and skins together to add color.
    Add sugar to taste.
    Thicken mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle a little flour and sugar over grapes.
    Put on top crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
