Joe'S Tomato Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 pkg. dry yeast (strive in yeast last)
6 lb. ripe tomatoes
6 lb. sugar
1 box seedless raisins
2 oranges, cut up peeling and all
1 1/2 gal. boiling water

Preparation

Work 15 days
and
off\tand strain.
Add 3 pounds sugar and 2 packets yeast.
Let work until done, strain and bottle.
