Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
    2 1/2 c. chopped green hot peppers
    5 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in kettle; bring to a boil.
    Cook uncovered for 2 minutes.
    Put into jars and set on rack in kettle or canner.
    Add water to kettle and boil, covered, for 30 minutes.
