Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large sweet potatoes
1 lb. butter
4 eggs
sugar, added as needed
dash of lemon
dash of vanilla flavor

Preparation

Boil the potatoes first.
Add ingredients, mixing along the way.
When all ingredients are mixed in, strain mixture to make smooth.
Pour in pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour. Makes 4.
