Toasted Snack Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
2 c. unsalted peanuts or almonds
2 c. thin pretzel sticks
2 c. round oat cereal
Preparation

In wok, melt butter or margarine over medium heat; stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, celery salt and hot pepper sauce.
Add nuts; cook over medium heat about 4 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Add pretzel sticks and cereal.
Toss to coat well; continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 1 minute or until slightly toasted. Cool before serving.
Makes 6 cups.
