Mom'S Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add vanilla and zucchini; add flour, alternating with milk.
Add nuts and beat well.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 10-inch tube or Bundt pan, greased and floured.
Let cool, then sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
