Ingredients
    3/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 (17 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    tomato slices (if desired)
    parsley (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
