Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash; add to other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
