Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Soften cheese; mix 1 cup of the pecans and all other ingredients with the softened cheese.
Mold into ball.
Roll in the other cup of pecans.
(This cheese ball will freeze well.)
