Layered Casserole(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. 1% cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. lite sour cream
    6 Tbsp. lite cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fat free cheese
    3 c. cooked pasta, drained
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer 7 to 8 minutes.
    In a large bowl, combine green pepper, cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
    Spray large casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with nonstick spray.
    Cover bottom with pasta.
    Add a layer of meat mixture.
    Pour cottage cheese mixture for next layer and top with shredded fat free cheese. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings. Contains 202 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving.
