Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. sliced onions (thin)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Crush crackers and mix with butter in pie pan for crust. Saute onion until clear.
    Spoon into crust.
    Beat eggs with salt, milk and pepper.
    Pour over onions.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
