Marie'S Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small potato (boiled)
1 drop vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

With mixer, mix potato and vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar until stiff.
Then roll it out on wax paper.
Spread the peanut butter over it.
Roll it like a jelly roll and cut into pieces.
