Ingredients

2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Slice steak, against the grain, into pieces about 1 inch thick.
Cut pieces crosswise into 5-inch strips (about size of hot dogs).
Mix rest of ingredients.
Soak meat in this mix for at least 30 minutes.
