Zupa Rybna (Fish Chowder)(Christmas Eve Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. court bouillon
    2 onions
    1 lb. fresh sliced carp, pike or walleye
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    chopped parsley and dill or dried dill weed
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    The heads with eyes and gills removed as well as the tail portion of 2 large fish can be used instead, with the choice center slices used for other dishes.
