Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 large eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Beat together the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Add the two together and beat well. Stir in the apples and pecans with a wooden spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
