Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water and chill in refrigerator until soft set.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together and whip into chilled mixture.
Then fold in vanilla and whipping cream.
Pour into a graham cracker lined 9-inch pie pan and chill 12 hours.
Can be chilled for 1 hour in freezer.
