Holiday Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins or currants
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix sugar and egg yolks.
Add other ingredients.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
