Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, juiced
    3 lb. onions
    2 garlic bulbs
    1 pt. cooking oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 c. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 handful parsley
    2 c. sugar
    8 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste or more
Preparation
    Cook juice, onions and garlic about 20 minutes until soft. Add everything else except tomato paste.
    Cook 1/2 hour.
    Add paste; cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Cold pack 10 minutes.
    Heat canning lids before use.
