Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced, peeled tart apples
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. butter
heavy cream
Preparation

Beat egg with sugar until frothy.
Combine apples with remaining ingredients, except butter and cream and blend well. Combine beaten egg with apple mixture and blend well and spread out in a buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Dot with butter and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until browned, about 30 minutes.
Slice and serve hot, topped with heavy cream.
Serves 6.
