Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz, melted
    1 pack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except crackers and pour into oblong baking dish.
    Crush 1 pack of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crackers.
    Place in oven and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
