Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. corn tortillas
2 large yellow onions, chopped
2 to 3 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix onions and cheese.
Layer tortillas and onion and cheese mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with Enchilada Sauce.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
