Chicken Or Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or other pieces of equivalent weight
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
    taco sauce
    milk
    cheese
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove skin and bones and shred.
    Mix the sour cream, soup, chilies and enough milk to create pourable consistency.
    Flavor with taco sauce to taste.
    Pour small amount of sauce into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread to cover.
    Form enchiladas by placing chicken and grated cheese in a tortilla roll.
    Place seam side down in dish.
    Continue with enchiladas until chicken and cheese are gone.
    Cover with remaining sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
