Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix together first three ingredients.
Add next three ingredients that have been sifted together.
Then add apples, nuts, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan (floured). Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
