Spicy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 (7 oz.) jars baby junior carrots
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Add eggs, oil, sugar and carrots and mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients together and then add to first mixture. Pour in tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
