Scalloped Cabbage #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in salt water until tender and drain.
    Meanwhile, melt butter.
    Add flour and salt.
    Stir and cook approximately 5 minutes.
    Add flour.
    Stir until thickened.
    Pour over cabbage. Top with sliced Velveeta.
    Heat in oven until cheese melts.
