Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. onion or beef flavor mushroom soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt shortening in pressure pot, salt and pepper beef and rub flour well on all 4 sides.
    Put in pot and brown on all sides.
    Add soup mix blended with water and pour over roast.
    Simmer until tender.
    Cook at 15 pounds of pressure for 25 to 30 minutes.
