Classic Cocoa Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    whipped topping (optional)
    fresh strawberries (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a medium saucepan. Add milk gradually and blend in. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Blend in margarine and vanilla.
    Pour into
    individual serving dishes. Chill. Garnish and top as desired.
