Sherry'S Best Ever Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs (unbeaten, one at a time)
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. pecans, broken
Preparation

Sift first six ingredients together.
Add the eggs and Wesson oil, mixing well.
Fold in shredded carrots; add broken pecans. Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
