2 regular graham cracker crusts (frozen)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
cherry pie filling (optional)
whipping cream (optional)
Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add Eagle Brand milk, vanilla flavoring and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
Pour into frozen crusts; refrigerate for 2 hours.
