Beef And Salsa Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/4 c. chunky salsa
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In large nonstick skillet, brown beef for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa. Heat through. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of tortilla. Fold up over filling. Makes 8 burritos.
