Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oats
1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk together and bring to a boil on stove top for 1 1/2 minutes, then add at once the oats, coconut, peanut butter, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
Let stand for 1 hour until cool.
They can be made smaller and used as candy.
