Country Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. Wheat Chex
    1/4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 beaten eggs
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add
    oil, honey, salt, Chex, potatoes and dry milk. Mix well.
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in warm water.
    Add to first mixture.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually
    add flour to make soft dough. Knead.
    Raise until double.
    Punch down;
    let
    rise
    30 minutes longer.
    Shape into loaves. Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0. Makes 3 loaves.
