Roast Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced cooked beef
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    1 small head lettuce
    French dressing or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Arrange first 3 ingredients on lettuce.
    Serve with French dressing.
    Diced cooked ham, tongue or corned beef may be substituted for beef.
    Yield: 6 servings.
