Nancy'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices cooked-crisp bacon, broken into pieces
    1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 large eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash cayenne
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven.
    Spread bacon and spinach in bottom of pie crust; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Mix eggs half & half, milk, salt, cayenne, black pepper and mustard to blend.
    Slowly pour over other ingredients in pie crust.
    Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
