Mom'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (hot and mild)
    1 onion
    large size Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 small tomato sauce
    1 small tomato paste
    16 oz. whole tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with chilies
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 lb. Muenster cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Brown Italian sausage with onion.
    Combine with sauce ingredients and cook for 2 hours.
    Mix Ricotta cheese with eggs. Layer sauce, uncooked noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture and grated Muenster cheese and repeat.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cook 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
