Best Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well.
    Add unchopped pecans.
    Pour into large unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until firm.
    This makes a large pie.
